We want your shopping experience at Z & M's Auto Point to be smooth and reliable. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange.

Eligibility

• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged item received
• Missing parts or incomplete product
• Defective product

Conditions

• Return request must be made within 3 days
• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Electrical items are returnable only if faulty
• Incorrect selection by customer is not covered

Non-Returnable Items

• Oils & lubricants
• Electrical items without a defect
• Items damaged due to installation errors

Return Procedure

1. Contact support with order number & images
2. Our team reviews your request
3. Return is approved if criteria are met
4. Customer ships item back (unless error is from our side)

Refunds are processed within 1-3 working days after inspection.
